How we work - We offer an initial conversation for around 60 minutes with no obligations, so we can meet and decide if working together would be beneficial. The charge for this initial consultation is £50

If we decide to continue, further sessions are charged at £50. These need to be paid by bank transfer in advance (if you are unwaged or struggling financially please contact us).

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you are able. Cancellations of less than 24 hours incur a fee of £25 which must be paid before the next scheduled session.

Insurance - We are insured with Holistic Insurance and you can find out more about them here

Vitality - If you are a member of Vitality we are an approved provider and you may be entitled to sessions funded through your Vitality policy.
